Now Hiring – Philanthropy Advocates is hiring a Senior Associate, Early Childhood and Workforce Policy, to deepen our advocacy for policies that give all Texas students a high-quality education, equipping them to pursue their dreams and enjoy lifelong economic mobility. Working closely with our Director of Policy and Government Affairs, the Senior Associate will support our engagement with the Texas Workforce Commission, other relevant state agencies, and legislative offices heading into the 2027 legislative session.
